Returns Policy

To ensure we take all the precautions necessary to keep our customers safe, Ninety90 is currently not accepting ANY refunds or exchanges until further notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank for your understanding. 


Ninety90 LLC uses USPS as the main way of shipping. Packages are processed and shipped out within 24-48 Business Hours (Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm) if an order is received after hours, it can take 2-3 business days to be process. 

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and can take 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it and shipment has been processed. Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. 


Lost/Stolen Packages 

Ninety90 is not responsible for any incorrectly given shipping information and or any lost packages by USPS or other fright services. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees for re-shipments due to incorrect information. If you tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
